Commitment To The Community

At Caring Smiles Family Dentistry, we don’t only have a commitment to our patients, but also to our community.  Over the past several months, we have participated in several events.  Here is a recap of some of the events via our Instagram page.

This morning Dr. May was invited to speak at Beaumont Royal Oak’s Diabetes Education Program. Oral health is especially important for those with diabetes. Somehow Dr. May always finds a way to get people to smile even when talking about things such as periodontal disease. She enjoys giving people the tools to be their healthiest self; just look at her face. The group was engaging and had great questions!

We had a great time volunteering at the 23rd Annual United We Walk Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. celebration at West Bloomfield High School. Dr. Warren and Dr. May is pictured with Dr. Warren’s mother, Hertha Woodruff, who was awarded the MLK Drum Major for Service Award from President Barack Obama for her 23 years of service to the West Bloomfield community. As the founder of United We Walk, Mrs. Hertha Woodruff has worked diligently every year to ensure the success of this event.
